Coaching is a co-active process for change. It begins by reviewing the area or areas of your life on which you may wish to focus. Coaching helps you to create a vision for how you would like things to be and then helps you to define smaller, more manageable steps to achieve your goals. Your coach is totally committed to your success as you define it.

 

Coaching can focus on any goals that are important to you from finding overall balance in your life, to changing jobs or careers, to being your best professionally, to moving forward with your creative writing or artistic expression. With your coach, you define what will enhance your life and outline the steps to get there.

 

Coaching is a forward-looking process. However, you will get to know your "gremlins", those little self-sabotaging voices that may distract you from your goals. More importantly, you'll learn to manage those distractions so you stay steady on the path. Coaching helps you to be accountable to yourself in "going confidently in the direction of your dreams."

 

Coaching helps you to make choices and decisions that reflect your values and therefore helps you to feel more fulfilled.

 

Coaching is generally conducted on the telephone and therefore you can work with your coach from any location. You and your coach will determine the best frequency and length of coaching calls for you. Coaching is paid for on a monthly basis prior to the month beginning.

 

Coaching telegroups are available as an innovative way to be part of a community, via the telephone, that supports and helps you to sustain positive change.
