Meredith T. Whelan, LCSW, S.C. graduated from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Psychology ('85) and from Smith College with an MSW in clinical social work ('90). She spent two years in the Peace Corps in Cameroon, West Africa. She incorporates mind, body, emotion, and spirit into her understanding of change. Her coaching practice focuses on being fully supportive in helping clients practically move forward toward their goals by defining manageable steps along the way. She believes in the creative energy of the coaching relationship as a catalyst for positive change.
