How Coaching Can Help You
Coaching is a co-active process for change. It begins by reviewing the area or areas of your life on which you may wish to focus. Coaching helps you to create a vision for how you would like things to be and then helps you to define smaller, more manageable steps to achieve your goals. Together, we are committed to your success as you define it.

Coaching can focus on any goals that are important to you:
  • finding overall balance in your life
  • changing jobs or careers
  • being your best professionally
  • moving forward with your creative writing or artistic expression
  • parenting
  • improving self-care and health
With your coach, you define what will enhance your life and outline the steps to get there. Coaching helps you to make choices and decisions that reflect your values and therefore helps you to feel more fulfilled.
Coaching is a forward looking process. However, you will get to know your "gremlins," those little self-sabotaging voices that may distract your from your goals. Don't worry if these have derailed you from your goals in the past. Most importantly, you'll learn to manage those distractions so you stay steady on the path. Coaching helps you to be accountable to yourself and "go confidently in the direction of your dreams."

Coaching is conducted on the telephone and therefore you can work with your coach from any location.

Together, we will decide on the best frequency of coaching calls for you.

Coaching is paid for on a monthly basis prior to the month beginning.

Coaching telegroups may be an option to be part of a community, via the telephone, that supports and helps you to sustain positive change.
